Last updated 2026-09-18. This page describes what the FINT website actually collects and how it is used today. It will change when the product does.

What we collect

• Website diagnostic. When you enter a website address, we fetch that site's public pages the way a browser would and store what we extract (business name, services, locations, phone numbers and emails printed on the site, brand colors, detected tools, findings and our recommendation) together with the address you entered. We never log into anything, and we don't access analytics, ad accounts or any private system.
• Inquiries and onboarding forms. What you type: email, name, business name, website, phone, goal, industry and any note. We also store which page you came from, which product or demo you were looking at, and the diagnostic you ran, so nobody has to ask you twice.
• Cookies. An anonymous id (fint_anon) to connect your diagnostic to your inquiry, first-touch attribution values from the URL you arrived on (UTM parameters and ad click ids such as gclid or fbclid) for up to 90 days, and a cart cookie if you add something to a cart.
• Usage events. Page and event records (diagnostic started/completed, demo viewed, inquiry submitted) stored in our own database. These marketing events are also sent to Google Analytics 4 with your anonymous id; no email, name or phone is sent to Google.

How we use it

• To produce and show your diagnostic and recommendation.
• To reply to your inquiry. New inquiries are forwarded to the FINT owner by email.
• To understand which pages and demos people use.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't send marketing email you didn't ask for; an inquiry gets a reply, not a drip campaign.
• Demos on this site are synthetic examples for fictional businesses; nothing is run against your business without your request.

Where it lives

In our production database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) and, for forwarded inquiries, in the owner's email. Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google (analytics).

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your business, contact us from the same email address you used; we'll act on it and confirm. You can clear the cookies above in your browser at any time.
